Aerial Lift Train the Trainer Kelowna - The Aerial Lifts Train the Trainer Certification Program will teach trainers how to effectively train operators in safe industrial mobile machine operation. Trainers are provided with in-depth instruction on aerial lift machinery. The program is offered on an open enrollment basis and delivered at selected training locations. Before the certification, trainers are evaluated and graded based on their demonstrated skills and understanding.
The Aerial Lifts Train the Trainer Certification Program focuses on practical learning and as the top training provider within the business, we provide top notch hands-on training. The Aerial Lift Train the Trainer Certification Program teaches the instructional methods included in communicating concepts in a classroom and/or field condition. Knowledge needs a training component to be effectual in workplace conditions. There are three factors of equipment operation that the trainer should learn how to convey to operators: what to perform; how to do it; and the reason why it must be done.
In the program, trainers will be provided with the detailed, latest reference material to better help them convey the information to machine operators. The instruction manuals used, include detailed information about all aspects of industrial mobile equipment operator training. Included within the package are training aids which provide a visual reference to enhance the learning experience. The equipment-specific training products contain essential materials for both the operator and the trainer: overhead transparencies, videos/DVD's, safety message posters, kinds of equipment; digital training aids and stability pyramid.
